The Week’s password

During this academic year, we’re practizing and learning different English expressions from the oral English. 

All around the school, the students can learn and repeat different sentences to use during the class. 

Every 2 weeks the teachers change the expressions.

Playing Bingo in kindergarden

Kindergarden 5 kids were playing Pet Bingo for fun.

They’re listening to the teacher saying names of animals, pets, and putting a little toy on the animal when they recognize. When they have a line, they should shout “bingo”.

They’re great playing bingo. They had a great time. 

Finishing the Pets project, the kids could choose their favourite pet, cut and stick them into a heart.

Great work, now they can talk about their own pets saying number and colours.

Book Day 23rd April 2018

In the Book Day, we had an amazing moment  reading English books in pairs in the bestplace we can imagine... a forest.

We’re lucky to have this incredible summer weather. 



5th & 6th graders were reading books in English to their younger partners at school. 

Wonderful experience!!!!

They had a great Reading  Mile ( everyday running & walking Mile).

Easter bunny brought a lot of Easter eggs

We learn Easter songs and do bunny actions  to have a lot of fun.

8th March 2018 Women’s Day

In  the Women’s Day,  the teachers & students wanted to participate from Art, decorating the school main door with pink hands against discrimination of gender,  violence against women, social differencies, etc.

Mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmas, little girls...

To celebrate this important day, kindergarden 5 kids made a very special face using pieces of magazines.

They had a lot of FUN.

Let’s Snow, let’s snow ...

A very colourful Winter Scene

Kindergarden 5 students are doing an awesome and difficult project about Winter.

They were colouring a tree by means of brown paint and their own fingers. After that, they were sticking little colour pieces of tissue paper. Finally, they will decorate with snow with white paint.

Let´s play and dance a little to learn the family.

Kindergarden 5 students are learning the family through a Mamoth family.

Let’s practice the song!!!

They play and learn with puzzles and a dice in small groups.

We practice parts of the body by means of this mammoths puzzles. Throwing a dice the kids have to say the number  & the part of the mammoth in English and put it on the model.

The same game throwing the dice and speaking in English. They have to match the different pieces  of the family.

The kids can go outside the classroom and take a look at the family poster outside the class.

LOVE FOR PEACE

This is the wonderful HEART that we created with the lovely bunch of related to Peace words.

We asked the families to send a word in English that meant Peace for that family.

These are 3rd graders dancing and singing this year selected Peace day song “Don’t worry, Be happy”.

Kindergarden 5 also helped to decorate with their awesome pictures about Love & Peace.

They made a LOVE project with toilet paper rolls and paint. 

The were painting colour hearts by means of folded toilet paper rolls and paint. This is the colourful result.

Funny ways to learn English... with Maureen

We have a lot of fun doing different activities and

playing games in the English class.

Maureen helps us to learn English enjoying so much.

1st graders are learning Road Safety by means of a colour code. 

                       Red: Stop. You can’t walk.

                      Green: Go. You can walk. Cross the road.

                      Orange: Wait. You have to wait, it’s changing into red.

4th graders are studying school subjects, using some given grammar structures, through the Telephone Game.

3rd graders are playing a guessing game. 

One student mime an action, while the rest guest what he´s doing. So everybody can talk repeating the previous vocabulary.

During the reading sesions, the 6th graders

 prepare projects that have to read, talk and show with pictures.

Tudor (6th grader) is talking about his country, Romania, talking and reading some information, with the help of some nice pictures that he previously had selected. 

6th graders are working in small groups.

They're working on FAMILY TREE vocabulary.

Maureen, our auxiliary, has prepared 4 hands out with gaps to fill in with information written in another paper. She gave them information about her own family, with names and details.

In every group, they read, discussed and agreed about what the rest of the group decided.

They really had a great time working in groups to finish this special task.

 4th graders did a really great job, trying to fill in schechules using information about school subjects and time.

They were working in groups  to get the hidden information, they had to use different grammar structures.

          First graders are acting different vocabulary in order to prepare The Telephone Game.

Kinergarden 5 are learning abour Mamoths Family with this poster,

 inside their general project about Prehistory.

3rd graders are learning  Time after listening a story “What’s the time Mr. Wolf”.

After the reading activity, Maureen was guiding a time game in pairs at the white board.
